Hob frame
In order to avoid damage to the hob frame, follow the
indications below:
Use only slightly soapy hot water
Do not use sharp or abrasive products
Do not use a glass scraper
Cleaning the control panel
Use only slightly soapy hot water. Do not use abrasive or
corrosive cleaning products. Do not use glass scrapers. The
control panel could be damaged.
Lemon and vinegar are not suitable for cleaning the control
panel. Dull stains may appear.
Control discs
It is recommended that the control discs are only cleaned using
hot water with a little soap. Do not use abrasive or corrosive
cleaning products. Do not wash the control disks in a
dishwasher.
Fixing malfunctions
Malfunctions are generally caused by minor faults. Before
contacting the Technical Assistance Service, make sure you
have read the following recommendations and warnings.
Indicator Malfunction Measure
none The electric power supply has been inter-
rupted.
Use other electrical appliances to check if there has been a power
cut.
The appliance has not been correctly con-
nected following the connection diagram.
Make sure that the appliance has been connected correctly.
Electronic system malfunction. If in the above checks, the malfunction is not resolved, contact the
Technical Assistance Service.

The control panel is wet or an object is
resting on it.
Dry the control panel area or remove the object.
